Store Manager – Pizza Factory (Cameron Park, CA)
3421 Coach Ln • $24–$27/hour

Pizza Factory is looking for an experienced, personable Team Leader to train, motivate, and lead our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, stays organized, and creates a positive, team-first environment.

About the Role
You’ll oversee daily operations while helping drive sales, maintain food quality, and ensure excellent customer service. Our culture is built on teamwork—there’s no “that’s not my job”—and you’ll help set that standard every day.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support team members in a fast-paced environment
Deliver friendly, responsive customer service at all times
Ensure food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
Work hands-on: food prep, service, and coordinating deliveries
Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations efficiently
Handle cash, reports, and basic administrative tasks accurately
Maintain equipment and ensure proper inventory and deliveries
Enforce company policies and health/safety regulations
Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

2-3 years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred)
Strong customer service and team leadership skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure
Basic math/POS skills
