JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide responsive and effective technical support across all communication platforms.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware.
- Support software installation and upgrades, Microsoft Office tools, domain services, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure secure, efficient operations.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and multi-factor authentication (Cisco DUO MFA).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with electronic components (e.g., circuit boards, processors, chips) and computer systems, including software applications and programming fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to support both iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, in-person or remotely.
- Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Logical reasoning and systems thinking.
- Experience with imaging, deploying, and upgrading hardware and software.
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing platforms.
- A focus on continuous improvement and relationship-building.
