Role Description

This full‐time, on‐site Sales Associate position in Marion, IN requires a strong understanding of the tire and automotive service industry. The role centers on helping customers choose the right tires, maintenance services, and repair solutions based on vehicle needs, driving habits, and safety considerations. Responsibilities include accurately recommending products and services, supporting the service team, processing sales transactions, and ensuring every customer receives knowledgeable, trustworthy guidance. Consistent delivery of high‐quality service, attention to detail, and adherence to shop standards are essential.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations clearly
• Proven experience in sales—preferably within tire, automotive, or mechanical service environments
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate tire brands, service packages, and maintenance solutions
• Familiarity with tire types, tread patterns, load ratings, alignment basics, and general automotive systems
• Experience supporting team goals, including service workflow, customer education, and sales performance
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced shop environment
• Prior experience in the tire and auto care industry is strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications are a plus
