Join our winning team at Golden Haven Care Center!
We’re currently seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our care center. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Preferred: Bilingual in English and Armenian

Shift: Saturday and Sunday 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Operate a multi-line phone system or switchboard; direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties.

  • Take and relay messages accurately; may operate a paging system.

  • Maintain call logs and follow up as needed.

  • Provide general information to callers and visitors.

  • Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned.

  • Support customer satisfaction in areas such as service quality and issue resolution.

  • Comply with all HIPAA, safety, and company policies.

  • Report accidents and unsafe conditions promptly.

  • Attend mandatory safety meetings, training, and compliance programs.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

  • Bilingual (English/Armenian) preferred.

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Basic computer and phone skills (email, texting, etc.).

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Professional, respectful, and team-oriented demeanor.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Familiarity with safety and OSHA standards is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

  • Ability to walk, reach, bend, stoop, push/pull as needed.

  • Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 40 lbs.
