Lead HVAC Installer – $120,000–$150,000+/year – Residential & Light Commercial (Shreveport/Natchitoches)


Aire Serv of Shreveport/Natchitoches is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer for mostly residential straight‑cool changeouts with some light commercial work. If you’re an experienced installer who wants high earnings, year‑round work, and a team that actually appreciates you, this is for you.

What you’ll do


  • Lead residential HVAC installs and changeouts, primarily straight‑cool systems, with some light commercial work.
  • Install, replace, and start up heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • Direct and mentor helpers to ensure safe, clean, high‑quality work.
  • Use materials efficiently and help maintain an organized stock of parts and equipment.
  • Keep your truck, tools, and paperwork organized so your day runs smooth.
  • Complete invoices, route sheets, and required paperwork accurately.
  • Collect payment or payment information from customers when needed.
  • Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates.


What it takes


  • Strong residential HVAC install experience as a lead or senior installer.
  • EPA certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely in the field.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Positive, can‑do attitude and pride in your work.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
