<ul>
<li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association</li>
<li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association</li>
<li>Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association&nbsp;</li>
<li>National institutes of Health (NIH)-NIHSS-NIH stroke scale&nbsp;</li>
<li>Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) by the Competency and Credentialing Institute (CCI)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Trauma Nurse core courses (TNCC)&nbsp;</li>
<li>RN license for state AZ</li>
</ul>
Mandatory Experience: 
<ul>
<li>RN Operating Room</li>
<li>3+ Years experience</li>
<li>Two (2) year clinical nurse and/or operating room practical experience.</li>
