Job Details:
\n
• Variable schedule working 4x10 hour day shifts
\n • Work in CT and X-ray departments within a moderately busy, full-service imaging department
\n • Primarily outpatient and emergency department patient traffic with approximately 80 exams per day for the entire department
\n • Some operating room cases including pacemakers and orthopedic cases
\n • Minimum 2 years of experience required with at least 1 year required for this assignment
\n • Community hospital experience required
\n • Fluoroscopy permit must be in hand prior to submission
\n • ARRT-CT certification required
\n • Required certifications: ARRT-CT, BLS, Fluoroscopy Permit
\n • Required skills include: portables, C-arm, extremities, abdomen GI, fluoroscopy studies, lower extremities, upper extremities, enema studies, and surgery C-arm
\n • Preferred skills include: thoracentesis and paracentesis
\n • CT skills include: abdomen without and/or with contrast, brain perfusion, cervical, chest without and/or with contrast, colonography, CT arthrography, head without and/or with contrast, lumbar, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, myelography, pelvis without and/or with contrast, thoracic, and vascular CTA
\n • Experience with PACS and Philips systems preferred
\n • Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
\n • May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility

This is a full-service imaging department within a community hospital setting that handles a moderate volume of patient cases. The department serves primarily outpatient and emergency department traffic while also supporting operating room cases such as pacemaker placements and orthopedic procedures. The department averages approximately 80 exams per day and is equipped to handle a wide range of imaging and radiology needs.
