Direct Support Professional

Your Day-to-Day:
- Building Relationships: Spend quality time with our residents, getting to know them and their unique stories.
- Personal Care: Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming always with dignity and respect.
- Supportive Presence: Be there for emotional support, whether its sharing a laugh or offering a comforting hug.
- Encouraging Independence: Help residents with their goals, big or small, and celebrate their achievements.
- Creating Joy: Plan and participate in fun activities that bring joy and excitement to our home.

Requirements:
- A heart full of compassion and kindness

- Experience is great, but we believe in potential and the power of a positive attitude
-Must be 18 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to successfully pass a background check, and have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
