Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Nova Private Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team. As a PCA, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment</li>
<li>Follow the client’s care plan and report any changes</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Reliable, caring, and professional attitude</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)</li>
<li>Valid TB test (or willing to obtain)</li>
<li>Ability to complete fingerprinting (required per DCH)</li>
<li>Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively</li>
<li>Prior home care experience preferred</li>
</ul>
