About the Role

We are looking for skilled physicians who are passionate about providing high-quality care and engaging in various clinical trials available through our extensive network. The ideal candidate will possess or be eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license and should be board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.

You will be joining a recently updated facility on the UPMC Somerset campus, which offers cutting-edge medical oncology treatments and access to clinical trials. Our integrated, physician-led network ensures that you will be well-supported by a dedicated team of medical oncologists, hematologists, advanced practice providers, specialized oncology nurses, laboratory staff, pharmacists, and other support personnel.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting outpatient and inpatient medical consultations
• Administering chemotherapy and supportive therapy visits
• Participating in clinical trials

Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with shared on-call coverage among physician colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $500,000 plus wRVU bonuses
• Signing Bonus: $25,000
• Partnership Track: Available with no buy-in required
