Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney specializing in Personal Injury and Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handling personal injury cases and litigation processes, with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and interests in court and negotiations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their cases and potential legal actions.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies on behalf of clients.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation of all legal proceedings and communications.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury and litigation law.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
