Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney specializing in Personal Injury and Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handling personal injury cases and litigation processes, with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and interests in court and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their cases and potential legal actions.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies on behalf of clients.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation of all legal proceedings and communications.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury and litigation law.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
