Immediate Hiring: Repair Technician (ATM Manufacturing)
Dallas, TX
$17.00 per hour + Overtime Pay
Full-Time Position
We are actively hiring reliable and motivated Repair Technicians to join an industry-leading global ATM manufacturing company. This is a stable, full-time opportunity with consistent hours, overtime potential, and long-term career growth.
Work Hours
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday (bi-weekly): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
- Additional weekday or weekend overtime may be required based on production needs
- Work hours are subject to adjustment depending on workload
Job Summary
The Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing ATM components and modules to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards. This role is based inside a manufacturing facility and plays a key part in maintaining product reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing, diagnosis, and repair of ATM parts and modules
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Identify root causes of failures and document findings for quality improvement
- Replace defective components and verify functionality
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and failure trends
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve recurring issues
- Follow company safety guidelines and repair procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- English communication skills required
- Beginner-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong logical thinking and mechanical problem-solving ability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance required
Preferred Experience
- Experience in electronics, repair, or manufacturing
- Experience in mobile phone or small electronics manufacturing is a plus
- Experience working in a production or assembly environment
