What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Project Manager? You’ll be:
• Driving production results for specific projects by owning daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Leading and developing a team by directly supervising the hourly workforce and frontline leaders.
• Enforcing safety and quality standards to maintain a zero-compromise approach and ensure adherence to requirements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Have 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience at the supervisor or manager level.
• Possess a proven track record of delivering results in a high-performance environment, with strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and KPI management.
