Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, professional, and customer-focused IT Field Technician with strong Level 1 / Level 2 support experience to join our team.
This is a field technician role that requires travel to client sites throughout Southeast, West, and Central Florida. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, bilingual in English and Spanish, and confident working directly with clients both onsite and remotely.
The right person for this role is an excellent communicator, has strong customer service skills, listens carefully to clients, understands their concerns, gathers and analyzes customer requirements, and delivers effective technical solutions. This candidate should also be proactive, take initiative, and help identify and resolve issues before they become larger problems.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote Level 1 / Level 2 technical support
- Travel to client locations throughout South, Central, and West Florida
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, email, and basic networking
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and user devices
- Support Windows environments, user accounts, device setup, password resets, and standard business applications
- Document service tickets, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and follow-up actions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members in English and Spanish
- Actively listen to clients, understand their needs, and gather and analyze customer requirements
- Recommend practical and effective technical solutions based on customer needs
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Be proactive in identifying risks, preventing recurring issues, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate advanced technical issues as needed and follow through to resolution
Qualifications
- Experience providing Level 1 or Level 2 IT support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of:

- Windows operating systems
- Microsoft 365 / Outlook
- Desktop and laptop hardware
- Printers and peripheral devices
- Basic networking concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- Ability to listen carefully to clients and identify technical and business needs
- Ability to gather, analyze, and respond to customer requirements effectively
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites across Florida
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a managed IT services environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and endpoint security tools
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus
