C-Level Automotive Technician
Minot, ND
Monday to Friday (Seasonal Saturdays as needed)
- $25–$35/hr flat rate + incentives for ASE and productivity
- Estimated annual earnings: $55,000-$75,000 based on productivity and skill level

This shop is looking for a C-Level Automotive Technician who brings experience, energy, and enthusiasm to our shop in Minot, ND.

What You'll Be Doing (Initial Duties):

Performing oil and fluid changes

Mounting, balancing, and rotating tires

Conducting basic vehicle inspections and safety checks

Assisting senior technicians and learning advanced diagnostics
What They're Looking For:

1–2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a professional shop setting

Familiarity with basic shop tools and procedures

Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Dependability, good communication, and a positive attitude

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements

Must be able to bend, stand, kneel, crouch, lift heavy objects (100+ lbs occasionally), and work in physically demanding conditions.

Must follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
