Job Description
As a Stockroom Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing and verifying inventory within the stockroom. Your responsibilities will include transferring finished products to inventory locations, performing ERP/MRP computer transactions, ordering materials needed for production, and maintaining the organization of packaging materials.
Responsibilities
- Receive and stock material from the stockroom, verifying accuracy.
- Transfer finished products to designated inventory locations.
- Perform various ERP/MRP computer transactions.
- Order materials needed for production requirements and line stock material.
- Conduct cycle counting and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain orderly inventory of packaging materials on racks.
- Assist in the storage and organization of inventory, identifying defective items and moving them to MRB.
- Enter material issues into the status board for visibility.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in inventory control and cycle counting.
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems.
- Ability to manage Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Strong auditing skills.
- Excellent verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and maintain accurate inventory movements and levels.

Work Environment
The work environment is manufacturing casual, where you will be provided with a HME coat and glasses. The position is for the first mid-shift, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
