Diesel Mechanic – Semi Truck Fleet (Delray, FL)
Job Description
Join our team in Delray as a Diesel Mechanic, where you’ll take on full troubleshooting and repair responsibilities for a large semi-truck fleet. We’re looking for skilled technicians who can keep our 100+ trucks in peak condition and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines across a diverse semi-truck fleet.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend vehicle life.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems with precision.
- Service brake systems and transmissions to ensure safety and reliability.
- Maintain and repair heavy equipment as needed.
- Complete all repairs efficiently and effectively while adhering to company standards.
Essential Skills
- Diesel troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Proficiency in hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Preventive maintenance expertise with strong diagnostic ability.
- Brake and transmission repair skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to fully repair and troubleshoot diesel engines independently.

This is a Permanent position based out of Plains, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
