• Monitor filings related to bankruptcy, military status, and death to ensure compliance with case standards.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates on case developments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in case management systems and ensure all records are current.
• Manage deadlines and timelines to meet client and court requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors to streamline case management processes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure thoroughness and accuracy of all legal work.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to foreclosure and real estate matters.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in legal support or paralegal work.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation, foreclosure processes, and real estate law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under time constraints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
