We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team ASAP. This role is crucial in supporting project management initiatives across various departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate planning, communication, and execution of project tasks.

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and update all stakeholders on status changes.
- Coordinate project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and issue logs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate project objectives.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
