Job Description

Immediate Need for a perm full time hybrid Senior Epic Application Certified Informaticist. Location: New York, NY area. Salary: $125-145K max. Full Benefits.

***Candidates must reside in NY, NJ, or CT (Hybrid schedule)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of Epic experience in healthcare IT/informatics required.
• FQHC or community health experience preferred.
• Epic certification required
• Must have a strong understanding of clinical workflows and/or revenue cycle workflows, strong preference on revenue cycle
• Ability to facilitate meetings, translate operational needs into workflows, and partner with end users
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimization, and workflow improvements
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend system-based solutions
• Serve as a liaison between end-users, Technology teams, and vendors to support application performance and enhancements
• Provide technical support for Epic and other clinical, operational, and administrative systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Configure, maintain, and optimize applications to ensure alignment with clinical and operational workflows
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
