Sales Associate (Start in the Business Development Center • Paid Training • Fast Track to Sales)
Full-Time • Indio, CA
Looking to break into the automotive industry but don’t know where to start? This role gives you a clear path. You’ll begin in our BDC (Business Development Center), learning how to work leads, talk to customers, and use dealership systems. Once you’re ready, you’ll move to the sales floor with full training and support.
What You’ll Do
BDC Phase:
- Answer calls, texts, and online inquiries
- Set appointments and manage follow-up
- Learn our software, effective selling techniques, and Honda product basics
Sales Floor Phase:
- Help customers find the right vehicle
- Do test drives and product walkarounds
- Guide customers through pricing and purchase steps
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator
- Tech-comfortable and quick learner
- Positive, reliable, and motivated
- No experience needed, just a good attitude
- Valid driver’s license
