IT Systems Administrator opening to support and maintain core infrastructure technologies. This individual will serve as a key technical resource responsible for systems administration, infrastructure support, user access management, technology projects, and escalated troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and passionate about improving the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems.
What You'll Do
• Administer and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide advanced support for infrastructure and end-user technologies.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities for servers, endpoints, and infrastructure components.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Participate in technology deployments, infrastructure projects, and system integrations.
• Partner with cybersecurity and business stakeholders to maintain secure and reliable IT operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, and operational procedures.

3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related IT role.
• Strong experience with:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- DNS/DHCP
- Group Policy
- VMware, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization technologies
- Intune, SCCM, or related endpoint management platforms
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS.
