Caring People Home Healthcare is Hiring

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data Analyst with expertise in HubSpot and AlayaCare to join our growing team. This role is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from our CRM and care management systems to support decision-making across sales, marketing, operations, and client care. You will work cross-functionally to build dashboards, generate actionable insights, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integration & Management:

    • Develop and maintain data pipelines between HubSpot, AlayaCare, and internal databases.

    • Ensure data consistency and quality across both systems.

    • Manage syncing of leads, clients, and care data across platforms.

  • Reporting & Insights:

    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot, AlayaCare, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

    • Monitor KPIs such as client acquisition, retention, care delivery, and marketing performance.

    • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or optimization.

  • Marketing & Sales Analytics:

    • Analyze HubSpot marketing campaigns and workflows to measure ROI and lead lifecycle.

    • Support segmentation and targeting strategies using CRM data.

  • Care Operations Analytics:

    • Analyze care delivery metrics from AlayaCare (e.g., service hours, visit completion, client outcomes).

    • Provide insights to improve scheduling, compliance, and caregiver efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with marketing, client care, and operational teams to align reporting with business goals.

    • Translate data findings into clear business recommendations.

  • Data Governance & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and internal data policies.

    • Document data definitions, processes, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or marketing.

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and AlayaCare platform analytics.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Knowledge of APIs, data connectors, or ETL tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Stitch).

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the home care or health services industry.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey mapping.

  • Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

  • Experience with HIPAA-compliant data environments.
