The Accident Guys, a personal injury law firm located in the Mid-Wilshire area, is seeking a driven Supervising Intake Attorney to assess potential personal injury claims. This role requires strong legal analysis skills and a solid understanding of personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building trust and clearly communicating with prospective clients, helping them feel confident in choosing our firm for representation.
Work Location: NON REMOTE/HYBRID. This is an IN OFFICE ONLY position. Must be able to commute to 90048.
COMPENSATION:

ATTORNEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate and analyze potential personal injury cases through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Communicate empathetically and effectively with potential clients to establish rapport and trust
- Determine the merit of cases based on firm criteria and legal standards
- Clearly explain the personal injury process and answer any questions potential clients may have
- Collaborate closely with our intake team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:
- Must have passed the Bar Exam in California
- 1+ Years of Personal Injury
- 1+ Years of Intake
- Desire to represent the underdog
- The candidate must be hungry, relentless, and resilient
- Strong communication skills
- Strong grammar skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to handle many tasks as once
- Must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability
- Must be able to work in a team environment
