Job Summary
Aretum is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Project Management SME to join our team. As a Project Management SME you will provide guidance to key personnel on various topics such as planning, process efficiency, and coordination.
Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management consulting and advice to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of project management methodologies, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to identify ways to simplify and streamline business processes.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to thrive in a busy, deadline driven atmosphere.
- Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate key points with concision and accuracy.
- Provide project management expertise on topics such as cost modeling and change management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project and program management experience in a federal government capacity
- Bachelor's Degree
- Hands on experience providing consulting services to the government
- Experience with change management and cost modeling
- Experience working and communicating with C-level executives
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile certification(s)
- 10+ years of project and program management experience in a federal government capacity
Travel Requirements
This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
