Job DescriptionSUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE
Our client is seeking a HxGN EAM Project Manager. This position is to provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation.
ONSITE: Willing to work Broadway, New York Ciry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
- Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review
- Create and maintain an accurate project schedule
- Partner with Subways SME’s to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports
- Documentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM
- 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred
- Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio
