NOC Engineer – New York (24x7 Operations)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network and system performance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform proactive maintenance, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document all work within the ticketing system.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in NOC, network operations, or infrastructure support.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, VMware, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Experience in environment monitoring, VPN management, and patch management.
- Background in system administration (AD, Exchange Server, O365) preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including possible overnight hours (e.g., 7pm–7am).
