Responsibilities:
• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for a variety of devices, including PCs, printers, TVs, credit card readers, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with onsite employees and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT leadership as needed.
• Assist in improving guest-facing technologies and enhancing operational workflows.
• Create and update documentation for IT systems, including troubleshooting guides and internal processes.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of end-users, including training and application access setup.
• Provide weekend and after-hours support to address critical business needs.
• Ensure the proper functioning of Wi-Fi networks and audiovisual systems used within the hospitality environment.
• Support IT security measures and protocols to safeguard company systems.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, including networks, servers, and storage devices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based systems and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
• Experience with device management systems and audiovisual technologies in hospitality settings.
• Strong understanding of IT security practices and solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to support team members and present IT concerns clearly.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Active Directory, Windows 10, service desk systems, and point-of-sale devices.
