Job DescriptionSalary: $90,000-$120,000 annual base salary DOE

How you'll get to contribute:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a innovating and collaborative mindset and a strong background in scheduling for vertical construction projects and be proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 software. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

What you'll get to do:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential delays, providing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.


Who you are:

  • Required
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling for vertical construction projects (e.g., commercial buildings, high-rise structures).
    • Proficiency inOracle Primavera P6 software.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred
    • Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
    • Experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.).
    • Experience in mentoring, coaching and training junior staff
    • Experience with Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.

  • Growth Unit allotment may increase over time.
