Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and measuring layout lines accurately.
- Set fence posts firmly in concrete and ensure they are perfectly plumb.
- Assemble and install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, and chain link.
- Operate heavy equipment or power tools safely to ensure the job is completed efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with the crew lead to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure site safety and professional presentation.
Requirements
- 13 years of fence installation experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to learn all fence types and installation methods.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Lift 80+ pounds repeatedly.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Dig, lift, bend, climb, and operate power equipment safely.
