Job DescriptionWe’re partnering with a specialized utility services company to hire full-time Field Service Technicians supporting projects in Moorhead.If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and not being stuck behind a desk, this role is a great fit. You’ll play a key role in upgrading essential water infrastructure while working directly in local communities.
What You'll be Doing:
- Replace and install residential water meters efficiently and safely
- Accurately read and document meter data
- Manage daily routes and complete scheduled service appointments
- Handle and transport equipment and materials at the start and end of each day
- Work in a variety of environments (indoors, outdoors, all weather conditions)
- Interact professionally with homeowners and respect private property
- Follow safety procedures and company processes at all times
Who We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Someone that enjoys hands-on work, ideally experienced with hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Physically capable of walking, bending, climbing, and working in varying conditions
- Customer-friendly with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance required
- Ability to pass a background check
