- Perform routine maintenance, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines and facility - Trouble electricity up to 480v - Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs on production equipment during production and during scheduled downtime. - Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities - Use a variety of hand and power tools, Volt meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. - Analyze, troubleshoot, replace and install electrical AC/DC controls, Power distribution, troubleshooting and electrical installations - Work from drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents. - Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment. - Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. - Maintaining the operation of and troubleshooting machinery and equipment - Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools. - Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to troubleshoot equipment. - Perform Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance to increase equipment reliability and up-time. - Repair, install and program VFD’s. - Work in CMMS (FIX) system
