Twin City Staffing is seeking a project coordinator to join a growing construction team in Rogers, MN. In this role, you will support Project Managers and Estimators on awarded contracts, ensuring accurate project documentation, timely billing, and smooth project close-outs. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Location: Rogers, MN
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wage: $21 – $28/hr., depending on experience

Duties of the project coordinator:
- Process project-related contracts, including subcontract agreements, certificates of insurance, bonds, and DBE/WBE paperwork
- Set up projects in Sage Contractor 100 and maintain accurate project records
- Prepare contract billing
- Prepare and process subcontractor pay applications; handle inquiries and disputes in coordination with Project Managers
- Lead project close-out processes, including obtaining lien waivers, IC-134 forms, final quantity approvals, and retention releases
- Follow up on outstanding subcontractor payments and customer collections
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements of the project coordinator:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or architectural industries
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.); Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Paperless, and HCSS experience preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to completion
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
