We are seeking a dependable and skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to work under the direction of the Facility Manager and assist with the maintenance and upkeep of all PWS locations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
- Assist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Complete plumbing repairs and installations
- Perform basic electrical work and repairs
- Operate snow plows and conduct snow removal during winter months
- Apply sidewalk salt and ensure safe walking surfaces
- Complete landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks
- Perform general carpentry work and building repairs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Travel between PWS facilities as needed (Madison and Milwaukee)
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Wisconsin driver's license required
- Experience in facility maintenance, building trades, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
