A growing, family-owned manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its South Carolina manufacturing facility.
\n
\n
This is a hands-on plant HR opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, working directly with employees and leadership, and having a meaningful impact on the operation.
\n
\n
Responsibilities include:
\n
• Employee relations, investigations & coaching
\n
• Full-cycle recruiting & onboarding
\n
• HR compliance, safety & policy support
\n
• Payroll/timekeeping & HRIS administration
\n
• Benefits, leave & unemployment administration
\n
• Performance management & employee development
\n
• Employee engagement & recognition initiatives
\n
• Workforce planning and plant leadership support
\n
\n
Ideal candidate: 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong employee relations, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important.
