Job Title: 911 Dispatcher / Public Safety Telecommunications Officer
Location: Indianapolis, IN Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Rotational Shifts
Job Summary:
Handle emergency and non-emergency calls, assess situations, and dispatch police, fire, EMS, or security teams. Requires quick thinking, clear communication, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Answer and manage 911 &amp; non-emergency calls </li>
<li>Dispatch appropriate emergency/safety personnel </li>
<li>Use CAD systems and communication tools </li>
<li>Monitor multiple channels and maintain accurate logs </li>
<li>Coordinate with field teams in real-time </li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED </li>
<li>Good typing &amp; computer skills </li>
<li>Strong communication and multitasking ability </li>
<li>Calm under pressure </li>
<li>Flexible for night/weekend shifts </li>
<li>Background check &amp; drug test required</li>
