Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Direct all manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage facility budgets, control expenditures, and drive overall profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all production departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles throughout the plant.
- Oversee supply chain management and inventory control for optimal material flow.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing environment, including full P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitable growth.
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, capable of translating vision into actionable results.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and motivating high-performing teams.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or supply chain.
- PMP certification or extensive experience managing large-scale capital projects.
