Job Title: Healthcare Paralegal
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85260
Duration: 05 Months Contract
Pay range: $38 to $42 per hour on W2 (without benefits)
Job Description:

Draft, review, and redline standard/non-standard client contracts; facilitate negotiations with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Business SMEs, and Contract Admin teams to develop and approve contractual language, maintain templates, and manage contract strategy.

Participate in internal/client calls, document meeting notes, draft new language, align redlines, and ensure negotiated terms are accurately incorporated.

Support quality improvement efforts by analyzing processes, recommending enhancements, and assisting with team training/education to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Manage contracting operations, including archiving executed agreements, maintaining the contracting library, writing notices/letters, and supporting ad hoc projects.

Leverage strong skills in contract administration, customer service, and document redlining (Microsoft Word); paralegal certification and healthcare industry experience preferred.
