- We are hiring immediately for full time EMR TECHNICIAN (EQUIPMENT, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR) positions.
- Location: Mountain View, CA 94043. Note: online applications accepted only.
- Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am or 12:00 am to 8:30 am. More details upon interview.
- Requirement: Prior experience in general equipment and maintenance in a food or retail environment is required.
- Fixed Pay Rate: $30.85 per hour.

Job Summary
Summary:
The EMR Technician is an entry level positions that will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing/replacing equipment in food spaces around our campus. Primary responsibilities will be around basic and entry level equipment repairs as well as swapping out equipment. The EMR Technician will drive and be responsible for a company vehicle which they will drive daily while at work to and from jobs. The job requires all technicians to work approximately 90% in the field and 10% on administrative work. They will need basic computer skills to respond to emails, work orders and use a daily calendar. This position is the pathway to becoming an EMR technician, and does require the applicant to pass a basic skills assessment.
Responsibilites:
- Responds to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicles.
- Visually inspects and diagnoses various machines to determine causes of malfunctions; dismantle machines to gain access to problem areas.
- Perform cause and effect analysis, identifying how various equipment internal systems interconnect, using process of elimination to diagnose
- Inspects parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems; removes and replaces worn or defective parts; repairs broken parts; realigns and adjusts components; tests machine operation following repair.
- Reviews inventory and orders parts; ships and receives machines; maintains equipment inventory.
- Prepares machines for installation at sites; assists in installations and removals.
- Sets up and operates mechanical equipment and small hand tools, such as drills, grinders for machine repair.
- Provides preventative maintenance service on equipment to ensure it continues to run smoothly
- Utilizes company digital systems and platforms to create and update comprehensive work orders, asset information and logs of all jobs
- Provides industry-standard customer service for our internal customers: engaged, competent, compassionate, personalized customer care
Qualifications:
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required.
