Job Description
Job Description
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join a team that runs multiple projects simultaneously and needs someone dependable in the background making sure things don't slip.
The Role
Day to day, you'll be keeping project timelines accurate and up to date, chasing outstanding actions, flagging issues before they become problems, and making sure project leads have what they need to keep moving. You'll sit across several workstreams at once, so context-switching is part of the job.
Specifically, that means:
- Maintaining project plans, trackers, and documentation
- Following up with team members on open tasks and deadlines
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and scheduling
- Spotting delays or blockers early and raising them clearly
- Supporting project leads with coordination and general admin
- Keeping communication tidy — making sure the right people have the right information
What We're Looking For
You don't need a specific background, but you do need to be genuinely organised — not just in theory, but in practice. You should be comfortable managing several things at once without needing close supervision, and confident enough to chase people when needed without it becoming awkward.
Strong written communication matters here. A lot of this role happens over email and messages, so being clear and concise is more valuable than being formal.
Prior experience in admin, project support, or coordination is an advantage. If you're coming from a different background but can demonstrate you work this way naturally, that counts too.
The Offer
- Full-time, based in New York
- Competitive salary (shared at interview stage)
- Proper onboarding and support from the outset
- A structured environment with real variety across projects
- Room to grow as you build experience
