Executive Office Manager
Real Estate Development & Construction
Dukes Properties & Construction is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Office Manager to oversee office operations, financial coordination, and executive support across our real estate and construction portfolio.
This role is critical to keeping leadership focused, projects moving, and systems running with professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day office operations and executive administrative support
• Maintain and manage calendars, meetings, inspections, deliveries, and contractor coordination
• Prepare and distribute team meeting agendas and follow-up action items
• Track tasks and ensure timely follow-through across departments
• Generate and manage budget reports and financial summaries
• Collect, review, and consolidate rent rolls from property managers
• Coordinate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reporting
• Process invoices, ACH payments, and vendor tracking in QuickBooks
• Maintain organized digital files and confidential records
• Support project coordination between leadership, finance, and field teams
Required Experience & Skills
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Experience with budget tracking and financial reporting
• Ability to compile and analyze rent rolls and property reports
• Exceptional calendar management and scheduling skills
• Strong follow-up habits with a results-oriented mindset
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• High level of discretion and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction and real estate environment
