Role Summary:
We are seeking a Developer to join our team supporting HIV, Hepatitis, and Related Conditions Program's Website Support. In this role, you will This role supports the organizations mission by maintaining an accessible, accurate, and user-friendly online presence. By ensuring 508 compliance, updating web content, analyzing site performance, and fixing broken links, the position enhances the publics ability to access critical information and services. Through these efforts, the role helps promote transparency, engagement, and trust in the organizations digital communications.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree, computer science, information technology, or a related field
 - 2 years of experience or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
 - Proficiency (Certified) in one or more popular LCNC platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, Pega, or Appian
 - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
 
Required Skills & Expertise:
508 Compliance:
- Ensure all web content meets Section 508 accessibility standards to provide an inclusive and user-friendly experience for all users.
 - Conduct regular accessibility audits and implement necessary updates to maintain full 508 compliance across digital platforms.
 
Website Content Updating:
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals and branding.
 - Collaborate with content owners and stakeholders to publish timely updates and maintain a consistent online presence.
 
Site Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify trends, track user engagement, and recommend improvements.
 - Prepare regular reports on website metrics to inform decision-making and optimize digital strategy.
 
Fixing Broken Links:
- Perform routine site maintenance to identify and repair broken links, ensuring smooth navigation and a positive user experience.
 - Utilize link-checking tools and manual reviews to maintain the integrity and functionality of all website pages.
