Job DescriptionResolution Think LLC joint venture, is seeking a talented and experienced Application Support Specialist to provide Information Technology Service Management support for Federal Occupational Health, Information Technology, (FOH IT). The services provided will support FOH IT in performing its FOH enterprise-wide IT responsibilities covering FOH and its customers, will perform strategic and technical ITSM tasks and activities essential for FOH to optimize operational performance, and will provide administrative, technical and engineering staff to develop, implement, and maintain elements of the assigned infrastructure.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Experience with ticketing systems for tracking customer issues (e.g., OneView (Salesforce platform), ServiceNow, Jira).
- Familiar with the technical aspects of maintaining COTS and custom-built IT systems.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Apache, MariaDB.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a manager.
Requirements:
- Degree: Associate’s Degree
- Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited
- Experience: 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Certifications (at least 1 required) CompTIA Network+; CompTIA Security+; Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA); Windows Server Administration Fundamentals; MTA Windows Operating System Fundamentals; MTA Security Fundamentals; Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship.
- Credentialing: Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations.
- Job Site Requirements: You must be on the premises to perform the job. The environment is fast-paced and multifaceted, with conditions and duties that can change quickly throughout a shift.
