We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting critical operational functions. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supplier evaluations, system support, and project coordination.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, supplier management, or related roles within regulated industries such as healthcare or pharma.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers or stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving and system support.
