We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Representative with 1-2 years of experience at an IHG property or other brand hotel to join our team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, proactive, and a strong team player who can easily handle a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and check in/out guests efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
· Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
· Process payments, verify guest identification, and manage billing inquiries
· Address guest concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner
· Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments for smooth operations
· Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, promotions, and IHG loyalty programs
· Maintain accurate records and reports using front desk systems
Requirements:
· Experience at the front desk of an IHG hotel (Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, InterContinental, etc.) or any other hotel is preferred
· Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Pep, HotelKey, or similar)
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Must be available to work any shift (morning, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed)
· Excellent references from previous employers
· Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
