Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for Walking Tour Guides. Guides will lead engaging and informative walking tours, share captivating stories and historical facts, and create memorable experiences for tour participants. Additional responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, ensuring group safety, and promoting additional tour services or products when appropriate. Qualifications
- Experience in Guided Tours and knowledge of the local history and attractions.
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage diverse groups.
- Ability to promote and handle Sales of additional services or related products.
- Passion for history and the ability to make historical and cultural information engaging.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to lead walking tours of varying lengths.
