Hounds Town Western Hills is hiring an energetic animal-care team member. Starting pay is $14/hour, with approximately 30–45 hours per week, flexible scheduling, uniform provided, hands-on training and opportunities to grow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you’ll help provide a clean, safe, and caring environment for the dogs entrusted to us. This is meaningful, active work for someone who genuinely cares about animals and understands that excellent animal care includes plenty of cleaning.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Supervise dogs and remain attentive to their behavior
• Help maintain a safe and organized environment
• Clean and sanitize play areas, kennels, bowls, equipment, and common spaces
• Provide fresh water and assist with feeding according to instructions
• Report changes in behavior, health, or appearance to management
• Follow safety, cleaning, and animal-care procedures
• Work closely with other team members
• Help provide dependable and compassionate care every day
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• General experience caring for animals
• A genuine interest in animal care and well-being
• Dependability, patience, good judgment, and attention to detail
• Comfort with frequent cleaning and sanitizing
• Energy for active, hands-on work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
• Availability and scheduling flexibility
• The ability to remain calm around dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities
PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS
This is an active position. Team members should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, bending, cleaning, working around noise and animal odors, and safely completing the physical responsibilities of the job.
