Job Summary
The Concierge will assist the Concierge Service Line with a variety of client-facing operational tasks to ensure seamless front-of-house (FOH) service. This role requires a high level of energy, adaptability, and a commitment to providing five-star service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support concierge and FOH teams with various client-facing tasks, including hospitality, reception, and front desk coverage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and pivot between responsibilities to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and special events.
- Maintain a welcoming and client-focused atmosphere in all client-facing areas.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, reception, or front desk roles; concierge experience preferred.
- Proven experience in client-facing environments with a strong customer service focus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility with work schedule and availability for overtime as needed.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
