Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers with a range of services, from shipping to printing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with every visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Provide information on products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
- Support store operations and other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is recommended
- Ability to meet requirements to become a Texas Notary
- Reliable transportation to/from Houston, TX 77573
