We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee residential renovation, redevelopment, and construction projects within the Richmond market. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through final completion, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, budget control, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and company leadership to successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in residential and light commercial construction management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential renovation, redevelopment, and construction projects.
- Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion.
- Ensure quality, schedule adherence, budget control, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing residential, multifamily, or redevelopment construction projects.
- Knowledge of change orders, project coordination, and construction documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in residential redevelopment, investment properties, or multifamily construction.
- Knowledge of Richmond-area building codes and permitting processes.
- PMP, CCM, or Construction Management certification preferred.
Work Environment
The role involves working both onsite and in the field. The company is part of a growing team within a growing company.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
